Building in Move is a zero-to-one game-changer for smart contracts and blockchain development in general. However, fact of the matter is that the Move ecosystem faces an uphill journey when it comes to competing ecosystems such as the EVM in terms of total number of developers, open source projects, developer tooling, etc. I’m here to do my part to help close this gap. Today I’m happy to announce the movement-defi-examples repo, where I’ll be building and open-sourcing various DeFi protocols built on Movement, with the sole goal of making it easier for developers to learn, build, and ship as fast as possible. Check out the first example, a Uniswap v2 implementation complete with annotated code, steps on how to clone the repo, run the tests and publish the package, as well as next steps one could take to add more features.
